Challenge 2

Welcome to a new month and a new challenge here at the Clarity Stamp Challenge.

I was going to start this post with an April fool joke, but thought it may backfire on me so decided not to!  I wonder how many of you are going to get caught out today?

Well you've all been busy this month and we've received 89 entries into our first challenge with a mixture of blog and email entries.  It's been fantastic that so many of you have decided to join in the fun and there were some lovely entries which made the judging very difficult and we certainly burnt the midnight oil last night!

The lucky winner of the £50 Clarity voucher and our top 5 can be found in the post below.

Unfortunately we had a few people in our first challenge who didn't read the rules which is such a shame as we had to delete their entries.  We hate having to do this as we know how long it takes to create your artwork, but as they say "rules are rules".  Just to remind you that this challenge is for the use of Clarity Stamps ONLY but you can use any other craft materials i.e. dies, punches, colouring materials, papers, embellishments, gilding flakes etc. to complete your card.

I guess you're all eager to know what the theme for the new challenge is aren't you?  Well you have to wait no longer!
In The Garden
(using Clarity stamps ONLY)

We thought now that we're into Spring you're thoughts will be turning to getting out into your garden and giving them a makeover ready for those nice warm days just around the corner.  That's after all of this snow, wind, rain, hail and fog in the UK has gone away of course!  Maybe this will brighten up your day and help plan what your garden will look like in the summer.  Whatever inspiration this theme gives you we'd love to share it with you using your Clarity stamps of course.

Here are the Clarity Stamp Challenge design team to give you a little bit of inspiration to get you started and remind you of some of those stamps that you may have bought that you haven't used for a little while.  Now's the time to drag them out and ink them up and get creating.  Don't forget if you want to know what stamps the design team have used they will be listing them on their personal blogs, so please pop along by clicking on their names above their project to find out.

There are a couple of ways of entering the challenge:
  • BLOG - If you have a blog click on the blue froggy link below and follow the instructions, remembering to link to your blog post and not just your blog
  • EMAIL - If you don't have a blog send a photo of your project to claritystampchallenge@hotmail.com and we will enter it for you
If you have any questions relating to this challenge please don't hesitate to email us.  We will answer as quickly as we can in the hope that we can all make the Clarity Stamp Challenge go from strength to strength.  We can't do this without you!

We hope you have fun with this challenge and we can't wait to see your projects.  You have until 20.00 on 30th April (GMT) to enter.

xx Happy crafting and Clarity hugs xx
